Don’t miss your last chance to see Joel Lanning as a Cyclone.

Iowa State’s senior defensive leader will play in the East-West Shrine Game on Saturday at 2 p.m. central time. You can catch the game live from St. Petersberg, Fla. on NFL Network.

Lanning was named a first-team All-American by multiple outlets following a stellar senior season that saw him finish third in the Big 12 in tackles per game with 8.8 in his first year of playing linebacker at the collegiate level. The Lombardi Award semifinalist and Hornung Award runner-up proved to be one of the most versatile players in college football while playing 1,000 snaps on offense, defense and special teams.

Might be a good reason to set your DVR since the Shrine Game coincides with Iowa State’s men’s basketball tilt with Texas Tech at 1 p.m.
