The experts have chimed in on next Saturday’s annual Cy-Hawk football game. Vegas has tabbed Iowa as an opening 1.5 point favorite over the Cyclones.

Iowa State defeated UNI 42-24 on Saturday night in Ames. Meanwhile in Iowa City, Iowa’s defense was impressive in a 24-3 win over Josh Allen and the Cowboys of Wyoming.

Last season, Iowa defeated Iowa State 42-3.

The Cyclones were 13.5 point favorites over UNI while Iowa was a 12-point favorite over Wyoming. Both teams – according to Vegas – outperformed greatly in week one.

Should be a fun week.
