Abdel Nader had himself a heck of a Summer League for the Boston Celtics.
The NBA’s Utah Summer League wrapped up on Thursday night, as Nader led the Celtics with 17 points in a 68-65 loss to the Jazz. Nader scored 13, 14 and 17 points in Boston’s three games dating back to Monday.
Nader averaged 21.3 points and 6.2 rebounds per game as a rookie in the D-League last year. In return, he was named the league’s Rookie of the Year.
One will have to stay tuned to see if Nader earns a spot on the Celtics main roster for the 2017-18 season.
