Iowa State has lost three of its last four games to FCS opponents, but oddsmakers see that trend changing in 2017.

According to the offshore gambling site “5 Dimes,” Iowa State is currently an 11.5 point favorite over UNI for this season’s opener on Sept. 2 (7 p.m. on Cyclones.tv).

The line has already shown significant movement, being that it was at 10 just over a week ago.

The Panthers beat Iowa State 25-20 in Matt Campbell’s first game as head coach in 2016. Following the upset, UNI fell to a disappointing 5-6 record on the season.
