Iowa State, a four-seed, will play the MAAC champs, Iona (a 13-seed) on Thursday in Denver. 

A few notes on where Iona is ranked across many of college basketball’s different platforms:

KenPom: 71
RPI: 86
AP/USA Today Top 25: Unranked

At first glance, this is a great draw for the Cyclones. On the other side, there’s Purdue as a five-seed taking on 12th seeded Arkansas Little-Rock.
