Iowa State signee Jakolby Long found himself inside of the ESPN Top 100 college basketball recruiting rankings for the first time on Tuesday.

In the publication’s most recent update, Long, a 6-foot-5, 210-pound guard out of Mustang High School in Edmond, Okla. sat at No. 100. Long is rated as a four-star prospect by ESPN and is putting together quite the senior season.

Iowa State’s class as a whole is currently ranked 40th.

On Tuesday night, Long scored 31 points and hit a game winning shot in a 76-75 victory over Edmond Memorial, the home of Kristian Doolittle (ranked 66th by ESPN), an Oklahoma signee who had 26.

Long signed with Iowa State this fall and chose the Cyclones over: DePaul, Houston, Kansas State, Missouri, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss, SMU, South Carolina, Texas Tech, Wichita State and a handful of other mid-majors.
