ISU picked up its second Christmas commitment today when three-star (according to Scout.com) Hallandale Beach, Florida defensive back Romelo Webster took to Twitter to announce the news.
Webster stands 5-10 and weighs 175 pounds and had previously committed to Cincinnati before visiting Matt Campbell‘s Cyclones program.
