Iowa State has one of the top five tight ends in all of college football. That’s according to the preseason publication Lindy’s, which is available on newsstands already.

E.J. Bibbs, a senior, caught 39 passes during his junior campaign and expectations are high for 2014.

"New OC Mark Manginio will feed Bibbs even more," wrote Lindy’s.

Bibbs caught two touchdowns last seaosn for the Cyclones. Lindy’s also named him as a First-Team All-Big 12 selection.

Two other Cyclones received honors from the preseason magazine too. Senior running back Aaron Wimberly was listed as a Second-Team All-Big 12 running back. Senior center Tom Farniok received the same honor at his position.
