It’s now official. Iowa State’s opponent for the 2014 SEC/Big 12 Challenge will be the Arkansas Razorbacks on Dec. 4 in Hilton Coliseum. 

Arkansas, who is now led by former Missouri coach Mike Anderson, went 22-12 last season and advanced to the second round of the NIT. Like Iowa State, the Razorbacks are expected to return three starters off of last year’s squad. 

According to a Big 12 press release, the challenge will take place Dec. 3-6 and ESPN will provide coverage of all 10 games (on its networks), which are listed below. 

Iowa State and Arkansas have met four times in history, with the Cyclones holding a 3-1 edge.
