After the signing of Bryce Dejean-Jones earlier this week, Iowa State has two additional transfer visits set up for the coming weeks. Currently, the Cyclones have two scholarships to fill for the 2014-15 season.
According to the Indy Star, former Indiana Hoosier Jeremy Hollowell will take a trip to Ames on April 19. Hollowell, a 6-foot-8 forward, averaged 5.7 points and 3.5 rebounds per game last season as a sophomore. He will have two years of eligibility remaining at his next school after sitting out a season per NCAA transfer rules. The Indy Star is also reporting that Hollowell has a visit scheduled to Houston. He recently took a trip to Georgia State.
Iowa State will also get a visit from former Boston College forward Ryan Anderson on May 2. Anderson, a 6-foot-8 forward who would have to sit out next season and have one year to play following that year, tweeted on Tuesday that in addition to the trip to Ames, he will visit Indiana on May 5 and Arizona on May 8. Anderson averaged 14.3 points and 7.3 rebounds per game last season.
