After defeating Iowa by three on Friday night, Iowa State moved up three spots in the latest USA Today Coaches Poll on Monday afternoon. The Cyclones, who were ranked 16th last week, now sit at No. 13 and are the second highest Big 12 team after Oklahoma State at No. 7. Baylor is ranked 15th while the Kansas Jayhawks dropped to No. 19.

Meanwhile in the AP poll, Iowa State stayed still at No. 17.

In one other note, ESPN’s Joe Lundardi released his updated "Bracketology" today as well, where he has the Cyclones listed as a 5-seed.
