Cyclones in the NFL: Week 8 recap

Recapping how former Cyclones fared in week 8 of the NFL season. 

***Leonard Johnson picked up a season high five solo tackles in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 31-13 loss to the Carolina Panthers this past Sunday. Johnson now has 33 tackles, 27 solo, for the 0-7 Bucs.

***A.J. Klein, who has recorded five tackles, four solo, for the Carolina Panthers in his rookie season, played in the game against the Bucs did not record a stat. 

***Jake Knott did not play in the Philadelphia Eagles’ 15-7 loss to the New York Giants. Knott has been recently hampered by an injury and is questionable for this week’s game.

***Ahtyba Rubin picked up two solo tackles in the Cleveland Browns’ 23-17 loss to the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs. Rubin now has 25 tackles, 15 solo, for the 3-5 Browns. 

*** Kelechi Osemele’s Baltimore Ravens did not play in Week 8 due to a bye. 

***Seneca Wallace once again did not appear in the Green Bay Packers’ 44-31 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Wallace has not yet appeared in a game during his first season backing up Aaron Rodgers.
