DALLAS — Five programs took the stage on day one of the Big 12’s annual media days event on Monday but it was the "boss" who stole the show. That man is Bob Bowlsby, who basically drew a line in the sand by telling the NCAA that things need to change. 

That was the big story that came out of Dallas on Monday and it headlines our links compilation from the day as well.
