An Iowa State press release sent out on Thursday afternoon says that student season tickets are sold out for the 2013 football season.

According to the release, "This is the earliest Iowa State has sold out of student season tickets in recent memory, eclipsing the old mark set last year when the ISU student body gobbled up all of the student seating on Aug. 8."

“I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate the support from our students at home football games,” said Iowa State head coach Paul Rhoads. “They have definitely helped us create a home-field advantage and their excitement is contagious.”

From the release…

Season tickets are still available in the grass hillside area for $125. These tickets can be purchased online, by phone at 888-478-2925 or in person at the Iowa State Athletics Ticket Office.

The Cyclones kick-off the 2013 season at home vs. Northern Iowa on Aug. 31 at 7 p.m. Fans are encouraged to wear their favorite Cardinal colored apparel for Color it Cardinal night.
