Iowa State junior Bubu Palo has been suspended indefinitely from the men’s basketball program according to a university release.
According to THIS REPORT by the Des Moines Register, an arrest is out for Palo concerning a sexual assault charge resulting from an incident last May.
“I am extremely disappointed to learn of this allegation,” Head Coach Fred Hoiberg said in the release, “and he is suspended indefinitely for violating our department’s discipline policy.”
According to the release, "the athletics department will continue to monitor the situation before making further decisions regarding Palo’s status."
