It’s finally official.
Iowa State football will host West Virginia on Friday, Nov. 23 for a 2:30 kick on ABC (national). We’ve been hinting at this news for months at CycloneFanatic.com.
On Wednesday afternoon, ABC5 sports director Dave Zawilinski confirmed the speculation. Iowa State sent out a press release moments later.
“We are elated to be in such a great time slot on a day when people all over the country are watching college football,” Iowa State head coach Paul Rhoads said in the release. “I’m excited that Cyclone football will again be getting such widespread exposure.”
